Mr. Guy Lengagne, the Former Minister of the Sea of France and the former Mayor of Boulogne-sur-Mer is today the President of Nausicaa. His collaboration with the IOC has a long history. It is due to his support and friendship we were able to implement many promotional activities in 1998 including a children cruise on board a Russian vessel which brought on board many youth from European countries.
