"Water for Life" - Yoshinobu Toïde

Exhibition.
On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of Franco-Japanese relations.

 

This exhibition is organized by the International Hydrological Programme of UNESCO, to celebrate the International Year of Planet Earth (2007-2009).

Yoshinobu Toïde will present 22 works. All were made by the artist for this occasion, including the main work entitled "Kurobegawa a river in the Japanese Alps" which is now part of the decoration of the reception room of the Director-General of UNESCO.
