Establishment of an International Basic Sciences Programme (32 C/66)

The present document, dated 4 October 2003, submits to UNESCO's General Conference the comprehensive proposal on the establishment of an IBSP that stems from the recommendations of the Ad hoc Committee of Experts, and takes account of consultations with the Executive Board and principal partners of UNESCO in the basic sciences.
