| 2) Virtual visit of the United Nations Pavilion
The theme of the United Nations Pavilion is “Celebrating Diversity.”
The Pavilion includes as its centrepiece the Art Gallery, containing a multi-screen video art exhibit, award winning photographs from the UNEP-CANON Photo competition, and an exhibition on aging and health-related issues. There is also an Education Centre, where visitors can learn about the work of the United Nations and its agencies, funds and programmes. This includes educational computer games for children. The Pavilion Theatre will showcase temporary exhibits on UN-related initiatives, will screen UN films and video programmes and will stage special events, including cultural performances, panel discussions and press conferences.
