Ratification by Togo of the Convention against Discrimination in Education (Paris, 14 December 1960) and of the Protocol Instituting a Conciliation and Good offices Commission to be Responsible for Seeking the settlement of any Disputes which may Arise between States Parties to the Convention against Discrimination in Education (Paris, 10 December 1962)

On 3 April 2012, Togo deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Convention against Discrimination in Education and of the Protocol Instituting a Conciliation and Good offices Commission to be Responsible for Seeking the settlement of any Disputes which may Arise between States Parties to the Convention against Discrimination in Education.

In accordance with the terms of its Article 14 of the Convention and Article 24 of the Protocol, the aforementioned Convention and Protocol will enter into force with respect to Togo three months after the date of the deposit of its instrument, that is to say on 3 July 2012.
