ADM Commission

The Administrative Commission will address all matters relating to budget, finance and human resource management of the Organization, notably:

- the state of Member States’ contributions,
- the Working Capital Fund,
- the draft budget for 2008-2009,
- budget ceiling,
- the financial report and
- audited financial statements of accounts.

It will also examine issues relating to the implementation of the reform process launched by the Director-General, which impact staff regulations and staff rules, geographical distribution, and decentralization.

The Administrative Commission will submit to the General Conference a report containing its recommendations and draft resolutions for its consideration and approval.
