Mr Damir Dijakovic
Joined UNESCO in 1994. Till 1997 he served as the programme specialist in culture at Harare office, Zimbabwe covering the area of southern and eastern Africa. Till 2001, worked as the deputy EO at the office of the Assistant Director-General for Culture in Paris. Since March 2001 works at the Venice office covering the culture activities in Southeastern Europe. He graduated in archaeology at the University of Zagreb and obtained a Masters degree in heritage conservation and management (Univ. Ca'Foscari)
