Ratification by Poland of the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (Geneva, 18 March 2004)

On 1st September 2006, Poland deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Organization for Nuclear Research.

In accordance with the terms of its Article 24 (1), the said Protocol shall enter into force thirty days after the date on which the twelfth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession by a State Party to the Convention* is deposited. To date, ten instruments, including that of Poland, have been deposited**.
