Ratification by Mauritius of the International Convention against Doping in Sport (Paris, 19 October 2005)

On 6 July 2006, Mauritius deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the International Convention against Doping in Sport.

In accordance with the terms of its Article 37.1, the aforementioned Convention will enter into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of a period of one month after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, with respect to those States that have deposited their respective instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval, or accession on or before that date. At the above-mentioned date of deposit, fifteen such instruments, including that of Mauritius, had been received
