Scott Momaday contributes to the debate “Pathways of Thought” and attends the inauguration of the Musée du Quai Branly
Mr Scott Momaday, American-Indian writer, founder and president of the Buffalo Trust, Pulitzer Prize Winner and UNESCO Artist for Peace, discussed the preservation and transmission of the heritage of indigenous traditions, and in particular those of the Americas, in a meeting on 22 June 2006 at UNESCO Headquarters.

N. Scott Momaday designated UNESCO Artist for Peace
Celebrated US author Navarre Scott Momaday was designated UNESCO Artist for Peace by UNESCO Director-General Koïchiro Matsuura in a ceremony at the Organization’s Headquarters on 12 May 2004.
