European Youth Portal

If you are thinking of going to another European country to study or work, or on holiday... if you are looking for activities or opportunities in Europe... if you have something to say, or ask, about European issues, this portal could be a good place to start! It offers you information, news and discussions - all about Europe and relevant to young people.

The European Youth Portal is an initiative of the European Commission. It has been suggested by Commission's White Paper "A new impetus for European Youth". Its aim is to give as many young people as possible quick and easy access to relevant youth related information on Europe. The ultimate objective of the portal is to enhance young people's participation in public life and to contribute to their active citizenship. The target group is young people between 15 and 25 years of age. In addition, the portal will cater for the needs of those working with young people.
