Traditional Cambodian music will be highlighted through a conference on instruments and a concert, and Cambodian contemporary music will also be presented thanks to a program showing archival films. However, there still more works to be done. An emerging of concentrated epidemic in certain populations, notably sex workers and their clients, injecting drug users and men who have sex with men with a significant increase of HIV prevalence among these groups. Condom use is disturbingly low among people in “sweetheart” relationships. And more people are taking drugs. At this juncture, the risk of an epidemic crossing back into the general population is very real. More
