19-01-2002 12:00 am The United Nations (UN) Special Representative for Afghanistan will urge a UNESCO goodwill ambassador from Japan to help save the war-torn nation's cultural heritage, UNESCO goodwill ambassador Ikuo Hirayama said in a recent interview with Kyodo News.
