| 29 September - 17 October 2003PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE BADGES TO PARTICIPANTSPermanent Delegations and organizations are informed of the arrangements which have been put in place for the preparation and distribution of badges which will start on 22 September 2003.

22 to 24 September 2003
During that period Delegations and organizations which have already submitted their official lists of delegates with photos, will be able to collect their badges at the reception desk “Monaco” in front of Room I (Conference building, Fontenoy) from 9.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.
Delegations and organizations which have submitted their official lists of delegates but without the relevant photos, are invited to proceed to Room III situated behind the reception desk “Monaco”, (Conference building, 125 Avenue de Suffren) for photographs and preparation of their badges from 8.00 a.m. to 19.00 p.m.
25 September to 17 October 2003
During that period Delegations and organizations which have already submitted their official lists of delegates with photos, will be able to collect their badges at the Badge Centre located in bungalows erected at the entrance to the Conference building at 125 Avenue de Suffren.
Delegations and organizations which have submitted their official lists, without the relevant photos, are invited to proceed to the reception desk in the Badge Centre for photographs and preparation of their badges.

Thursday 25 September 2003 08.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Friday 26 September 2003 08.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Saturday 27 September 2003 08.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Sunday 28 September 2003 08.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.
Monday 29 September 2003 07.30 a.m. to 21.00 p.m.
30 September – 16 October 2003 08.00 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.
(excluding Sundays)
17 October 2003 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
In order to facilitate the process and to avoid excessive waiting time, we urge the delegations to complete the badging formalities as soon as possible and preferably prior to the opening of the General Conference.
