Permanent Delegations are reminded of the Headquarters Committee's recommendation to the Director General to set up a new system of badges with a photograph of the members of each delegation (see Letter DG/24/03/218 of 23 July 2003). Permanent Delegations are asked to send to the Secretariat of the General Conference, at the soonest possible date and no later than 24 September 2003, the list of their participants including a photograph of each member, with the name written legibly on the back, to enable the Security services to prepare the badges.
