Pakistan launches 2006 GMR report on literacy

2/08/2006 - Saying that literacy is a right denied to over 50 million of its citizens and has been neglected in the national policy agenda, the Pakistan authorities launched the EFA Global Monitoring Report 2006 in the capitol city of Islamabad on 28 July.
