Moderator and the vice-rector S. Goncharov underlined that the process of integration at the Pedagogical University should become the way of interpretation of the local traditions and experience of other countries. The UNESCO recommendations on development of integral educational environment and unified structure of the European higher education will creatively be applied and developed by the educational community of the region.
