The strategic reflection on QA policies will be based on a pilot evaluation project which will allow to increase awareness of quality issues and evaluation culture, to test out methods to then be able to apply them to each national context, and finally to share experiences between different institutions and countries at differing stages in the implementation of Quality Assurance systems. The pilot project concerns Engineering education as this sector is already more open than others to international perspectives and aware of Quality issues. The project includes 7 countries from the MEDA region and has a Consortium of 22 members, of which 14 MEDA institutions providing for engineering education. |
