Measures to promote the mobility of artists:

• Recognition of foreign diplomas
  Official recognition of foreign diplomas in the artistic professions exists in Russia according to international conventions ratified.
  
  
• Fellowships and financial aid
  Generally there are lists prizes and of grant giving foundations and institutions, that are exempted from taxation.
  

Special provisions for foreigner artists
There are no special provisions in national laws in regard to foreign artists (reception facilities, working conditions). Neither provisions (as the host country) aimed at protecting national artists (for example, an obligation to hire a quota of national artists during tours by foreign troupes or groups, etc).
