The Member States that have deposited their instrument of accession to the Rome Convention in 2005 are as follows:

Azerbaijan on 8 July 2005
Liberia on 16 September 2005
Bahrain on18 October 2005
Syrian Arab Republic on 13 February 2006

The total number of States that have deposited an instrument of ratification or acceptance of, or accession to, the above-mentioned Convention, was 84 on 31 October 2006.
