The objectives of this project are:

  • to establish inventories of the maritime heritage of the cities involved in the project , and increase the historic knowledge of trade and knowledge exchanges;
  • to conserve and promote the know-how related to the protection of movable and immovable maritime heritage;
  • to provide training in submarine archaeology and traditional marine carpentry;
  • to promote cultural tourism;

The portal of the project is to enable the 15 institutional organizations to share not only their knowledge and experience but also to work jointly. >>more>>
