| Developing original educational tools relates to all these functions, as it catalyses best practice, promote sharing of ideas, supports capacity-building programmes and points to the way ahead by providing a framework of standards in the wider sense. The Section of Creative Industries for Development has long been engaged in developing handbooks and guides for professionals in the creative industries.
