Latin America is one of the few regions whose name expressly refers to a specific culture. For this reason, its contours are far broader and more fluid than its strict geographic boundaries would suggest, thus endowing it, and particularly the Caribbean, with astounding diversity. By intermingling its differences, the entire region resonates with varied forms of creativity, which constitutes what is perhaps its most common characteristic. In this way, this region has given rise to the notion of a culture rooted in diversity and renewal.
