International community

LEA is a UNESCO initiative seeking to create links within the international community, by establishing contacts between specialists from all over the world.

The Organisation has already organised regional pedagogical conferences in some of the major regions of the world, and there are others to come. LEA wishes to share the results of those meetings and to participate in arranging others on every level in order to favor multiculturalism, exchanges and cooperation within the framework of cultural diversity. UNESCO hopes to aid all Member States in the effective and coherent set-up of arts education programmes.
