Structured as a reference tool for those involved in multinational litigation, this two-volume guide deals extensively with the practice and procedure of intellectual property cases. The book opens up on an overview of the topic of multinational litigation and provides useful tips on the strategy and tactics available to both the plaintiff and defendant, in addition to giving advice on matters such as selecting outside counsel or the use of modern information technology. It then briefly covers aspects of European Community law and international law. A subsequent chapter is dedicated to domain name disputes, which have arisen with the growing popularity of the Internet.
