UNESCO Stand at the « Maison & Objet » Trade Fair
Exhibition of the works by the UNESCO Crafts Prize winners 2004-2005 and the FabDesign contest laureates at the “Maison & Objet" Trade Fair - the world's most celebrated trade fair for home decoration. |

This event organized in the framework of its promotional activities in favour of the artisans/designers, the Section of Arts, Crafts and Design (Division of Arts and Cultural Enterprise), illustrates the importance given by UNESCO to the promotion of cultural diversity. The Crafts Prize winners are: Mr Ibrahim Agaly (Niger), Mr José Levy Cardoso de Lima (Brazil), Asahi Group (Kirghizstan) and Mr Ali Nacef Trabelsi (Tunisia). The laureates of the FabDesign contest are: Ms Szilvia Vago (Hungary), Ms Regina Aguilar (Honduras) and Ms Yayoi Suzuki-Gunji (France).
