This Second Plenary Session is the follow-up of the First Session which took place on 24 and 25 May 2004. |

The aim of the Meeting will be: - to review the implementation of the recommendations of the First Session;
- to share information among participants on bilateral actions by countries, international non-governmental organizations, intergovernmental agencies;
- to assess the implementation of activities with regard to archives and libraries in Iraq; and
- to devise new proposals and activities for the future.
