Sequencing MIDI and audio (mac)
A sequencer is used to build a piece of music from different successive and/or simultaneous elements. Depending on the sequencer used, these elements can include sound files, MIDI files or both. A sequencer generally has several tracks, each containing an instrument or voice. Depending on computer power, the piece of music can include a greater or lesser number of tracks and be of longer or shorter duration.
