There is one artwork per school. You will be able to create and modify your art work at will. You can, for instance, change the pictures while keeping the same music file, or, on the contrary, keep the images sequence and replace the music file by a new one. You will choose several pictures and photos and place them in a sequence, and you will select the music file (sound file), which will be heard while the picture sequence is displayed.

Here are the steps you will take:

  • Move on to step 3:
Use your name and password to log into the web platform. Go to step 3, then right hand side to upload accompanying sound file. Before you start uploading the files for the slideshow, think about the artwork you want to create. What do you want it to say? What feeling do you want it to give the viewer?

  • Select the accompanying soundfiles to which the images would flash by:
Select the file from your hard drive, by clicking on the right hand side on the “Parcourir” (browse) button and select. Put in your comment on the music you have recorded and select a theme for your slideshow by clicking the arrow next to “Select a Theme” below the comment box. In the “write a title” box, write a title for your whole project. Then click on update. The information will appear in the larger box in the middle. Click “edit”.

  • Select the final images you want to use in your final artwork:
When selecting the images and sounds for the artwork, you'll want to keep the message/mood you want to portray in mind. It will help you determine what elements you add to your artwork, how it starts and how it will end. Go to the left hand side to the selected image frame that you have chosen. Click on the arrow and select your images one by one and store them in sequence in the larger box in the middle, by clicking on “add” each time you have selected an image. After you have selected all your images, choose the seconds between images. Three is normally a good timing. Then click on “create slideshow”. Click “edit”.

  • Prepare your comments:
Your comment should be your explanation of your art and what inspired you to create it. You would want your comment to help your audience understand your art. Spectators will want to have some information on what your intentions were, beside listening to your music and watching your artwork. There is plenty of space to write your comment, so go ahead. The comment will be displayed when the artwork is shown on the website.

  • Show your friends your artwork:
Now that you blended the audio and visual files, your project is completed! You may look at it by double clicking on the portal number appearing in the bar above the middle box and just below “Step 3” Gather you friends and present it to them, listen to their reactions. Compare their reactions to your ideas with the reactions you hoped to bring out through your art.
