First inscriptions on UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage lists to take place in September 2009
The first inscriptions on UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding and on the Organization’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity will take place in September 2009, according to the decision of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Heritage whose 24 members ended their meeting in Tokyo today. |
