The project will build on the experience of the UNESCO-DANIDA Project “E-governance for African Municipalities” and will focus on the five cities selected during this project.



A needs and opportunities assessment study is being conducted by an expert consultant and the report will be available by November 2002 on this website. The report will provide the basis for the establishment of strategic partnerships.
