Socio-linguistic context – description Fali is a term given by the Fulani to several peoples, amongst them to the Fali of Baissa. The administration later adopted the term. Very few information exists about the Fali of Baissa. There are other Fali peoples in Nigeria (as Fali of Mubi or Fali of Muchela) which belong to another linguistic family (Afro-Asiatic, Chadic, Biu-Mandara, A, A8) and number around 20,000.
