The brochure provides information on the training course on local e-governance.
The course aims at raising the awareness and building the capacities of municipal officials on the use of ICTs to improve local governance. It covers three main themes: e-administration, e-government and e-democracy.
This course is a joint initiative of the EVG (Escuela Virtual de Gobernabilidad), the UIM (Union Iberoamericana de Municipalistas) and UNESCO. It is inscribed in the Local Government and Development Training Programme (Programa de Gobierno y Desarrollo Local).
