APIN merges the Regional Network for the Exchange of Information and Experiences in Science and Technology in Asia and the Pacific (ASTINFO), the Regional Informatics Network for Southeast Asia and the Pacific (RINSEAP) and the Regional Informatics Network for South and Central Asia (RINSCA).
