Sharing experiences of where "Women Make the News" operations have made a positive impact is an important way of giving visibility to women journalists' and editors' work, as well as to women as subjects and voices in the media.
We are inviting you to send us an article on your experience of Women Make the News Day or your professional experience as an editor-in-chief, newsmaker or decision-making experience as a journalist. This text, which would have to be copyright-free, would be posted on our website and also possibly re-printed in a non-commercial UNESCO document along with a selection of similar articles by women journalists around the world who took part in the initiative.
