Socio-linguistic context – description Li-Ngbee is the language of the Ngbee or Mangbele ethnic group. This group lives amongst the Mangbetu and the Mayogo people from which they slowly adopted the language. Today, only a few elders in the Niangara territory and around 30 speakers at Gombari are left.
